    Our voice support engineer/ supervisor has more than 12 years’ experience in developing, installation and support of various telecommunication projects. He holds certifications from Digium Asterisk Dcap, Linux, and Microsoft Lync VoIP and has an Advanced Diploma in Telecommunications and electronics engineering. He has work for telecommunications companies in both Zimbabwe and South Africa. He was instrumental in the development of many VoIP service providers’ exchanges and media gateways in South Africa using Open source technologies.

    Evans has been in the Telecommunications sector since 1989 and has worked for Ericsson predominantly. He was instrumental in the setup and implementation of communication systems for companies such as, Econet Wireless Zimbabwe’s Customer Call Centre(111), Emergency Crisis Centre (112),World Health Organization’s Global Private Network, UNDP, UNICEF, IOM, WFP, Barclays Bank, Kingdom Bank, University of Zimbabwe, NSSA to just mention a few.His experience and expertise in the area of Telecommunication Sales and implementation ensures ACS positions itself in the area of telecoms. He has worked as field engineer, training officer, support manager, service manager and technical sales manager during his tenure with Ericom Communications (formerly Ericsson) He has also attended numerous training courses abroad (Ericsson: Austria, Dubai, Bahrain and Dimension Data South Africa) He holds a Diploma in Telecommunications and Electronics Engineering. Evans joined ACS in 2013.
